Juan brings over 20 years of coaching experience in competitive youth soccer, with a proven track record of developing players at every level. He has led both boys and girls teams in Oxnard to multiple championships, tournament titles across Nevada, Arizona, and Northern California, and historic friendlies against professional Mexican academies. Many of his players have advanced to CAL South ODP pools, regional and national championships, college programs, and professional ranks.
In addition to club coaching, Juan has served on the ODP scouting and medical staff since 2010 and has contributed to high school programs as a varsity assistant coach. His passion lies in nurturing talent, fostering teamwork, and inspiring the next generation to achieve their full potential on and off the field.
Jessica is a Camarillo, California native whose love for soccer began at just four years old. Her passion and dedication to the game led her to compete at the highest youth levels, including representing the Mexican National Team at the U17 World Cup Qualifiers in Guatemala and the FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup in Azerbaijan in 2012. She also competed in the U20 World Cup Qualifiers in the Cayman Islands.
Jessica continued her career at the Division I level, earning a scholarship to play at Grand Canyon University, where she was a key contributor throughout her collegiate career. The game has played a significant role in shaping her discipline, resilience, and leadership both on and off the field.
Now stepping into a coaching role, Jessica is passionate about giving back to the sport that has given her so much. She is committed to inspiring the next generation of players to develop not only their skills, but also a genuine love for the game, teamwork, and confidence that extends beyond soccer.
Daisy Cardona Ambriz is a former collegiate soccer standout and experienced coach with a strong background in player development. A Ventura, California native, she established herself as one of the top junior college players in the country at Ventura College, earning 2012 NSCAA Junior College Division III National Player of the Year and back-to-back All-American honors while totaling over 30 goals and 30 assists. She was inducted into the Ventura College Athletic Hall of Fame as part of the 2021–22 class.
Daisy continued her career at the University of Oklahoma (NCAA Division I), where she led the team in scoring for her first season, before finishing at Rogers State University, earning All-Conference First Team honors.
Following her playing career, she worked with the Cal South Olympic Development Program (ODP) as a scout, team manager and assistant coach, identifying and evaluating top youth talent across Southern California. She also served as an Assistant Coach for Steve Hoffman at Ventura College, supporting student-athlete development and athletic operations.
Daisy brings a well-rounded perspective shaped by elite playing experience and coaching, with a focus on mentoring and developing players to reach their full potential.
